Bridging the Gap between Stage 1 & Stage 2
When: Thursday September 19th, 1:00 - 3:00 PM EST
Workshop Description
Do you find yourself comfortable with Stage 1, tracking and reframing the negative cycle, but not so secure in knowing when and how to move your couples fluidly from Stage 1 to deeper Stage 2 change events?
Starting from Stage 1, all the way through Stage 2, Seeding Attachment is key to planting the seeds of attachment security and bringing attachment fears and longings alive, steadily steering couples safely through uncharted attachment territory towards a more secure bond.
Join me for a sounder grasp of this powerful but often under-used EFT intervention.
By the end of this workshop, participants will:
- Learn ‘When’ and ‘How’ to use the seeding intervention to grow attachment security with couples through Stages 1 to 2 of EFT.
- Adopt the attachment lens to ‘see’ attachment in the room and bring attachment longings and fears alive
- Learn the 6 main themes of the seeding attachment intervention that help move couples more skilfully from Stage 1 to Stage 2 change events in the model.
